The new trailer appeared on both the PlayStation blog and Twitter by Insomniac. Information on the content of the digital deluxe edition of the game was also published, as well as part of the soundtrack. At the beginning, however, the above-mentioned material from the game can be viewed below.
As you have already noticed, the female Lombax that will join the title characters of the game is called Rivet. She is a member of the resistance movement fighting in a parallel dimension with the evil Emperor Nefarious. In her world, machines have taken control and organic life forms are being hunted down.
We can see several locations in the trailer. Among them are Nefarious City and multi-dimensional versions of well-known to fans of the series of planets Sargasso and Torren IV. Some new gameplay elements and equipment that can be used were also shown. Below you can see what will be in the digital deluxe edition, including five special outfits for our heroes.
The soundtrack to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh known from the DEVO band. This is one of the songs of this band that we can hear in the trailer. The PlayStation blog post includes three songs to be auditioned for the game.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will debut on PlayStation 5 on June 11.
